Collector note: One physical double-sided card with faces 0001 and 0006. Two copies are needed to display both faces at once. English and Japanese inserts have both been observed in Collector Booster Sample Packs. A Spanish Commander deck opening contained the English insert, so the insert language is not inferred from the outer product language. The Secret Lair design was reused with other set codes, so this printing is identified by FIN in the footer. Collector numbers 0002-0005 remain unresolved because no official checklist or verified physical copies have been found; this is not a claim that they never existed.
