Agreement

These terms govern collection accounts on mtgfinalfantasy.com, an unofficial collector reference operated by Vedast Sanxis. By creating an account, you agree to these terms. The Privacy Notice explains how account data are processed. Acknowledging that notice is not consent to marketing or unrelated uses.

The service

The service allows users to create multiple collection projects, record a complete Goal and the number of copies they Have for exact card versions, sealed products, accessories, and event items in each project, and optionally share individual projects. Have may exceed Goal. Want is calculated automatically as the greater of Goal minus Have or zero, and Extras as the greater of Have minus Goal or zero. It is a free reference and personal organization tool. It is not a marketplace, authentication service, appraisal service, or source of financial advice.

Accounts

• You may create an account only if you can lawfully agree to these terms. If local law requires permission from a parent or guardian, you must have that permission.
• You must provide an email address you control, choose an appropriate username and display name, and keep the password confidential.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Contact privacy@mtgfinalfantasy.com if you believe it has been compromised.
• You must not impersonate another person or organization or use a name that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringes another person's rights.

Project data and sharing

You are responsible for the accuracy of the project names, descriptions, and quantities you enter. Every project is Private by default. If you select Unlisted or Public for a project, you authorize the service to display your username, display name, and that project's saved contents according to its setting.

An unlisted project link can be opened and redistributed by anyone who receives it. It provides access to the complete shared project across the Have, Want, and Full goal views, not only the view initially shown in the URL. Treat it as confidential if you do not want wider access. Replacing its link or making the project Private prevents future use of the old link but cannot erase copies or screenshots already made.

A signed-in recipient of an Unlisted project, or any signed-in viewer of a Public project, may save its visible contents as a new private project in their own account. They may choose to copy Goal only or Goal and Have exactly. This new project is independent and does not retain the source link, sharing settings, financial-display setting, price history, or future updates. Revoking, changing, or deleting the source later does not alter a copy already created.

You grant the operator the limited permission needed to host, process, and display account, project, and collection data solely to operate the service and the visibility setting selected for each project.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity;
• attempt to access another person's account or Private project without authorization;
• probe, bypass, or interfere with authentication, sharing controls, rate limits, or other security measures;
• introduce malware or disrupt the website, database, email system, or hosting infrastructure;
• use automated requests at a volume that burdens the service or evades technical limits;
• reuse third-party images or data in a way that infringes intellectual-property rights or violates third-party terms;
• use another person's shared project to harass, deceive, or expose them; or
• falsely imply affiliation with or endorsement by the archive or a third-party rights holder.

Access may be restricted or terminated where reasonably necessary to address a breach, protect the service or its users, or comply with law.

Unofficial status and intellectual property

MTG FINAL FANTASY Archive is unofficial Fan Content permitted under the Wizards Fan Content Policy. It is not approved or endorsed by Wizards. Portions of the materials used are property of Wizards of the Coast. ©Wizards of the Coast LLC.

The archive is also not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed, or approved by Hasbro, Square Enix, Scryfall, or their affiliates. FINAL FANTASY and related names and materials are property of Square Enix. Magic: The Gathering, card images, artwork, names, logos, and all other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not transfer any rights to the operator or users. The archive's original text, organization, interface, and code remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

Catalogue information and external services

Reasonable care is taken to make catalogue information accurate and useful, but records may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Product availability, print configurations, pull rates, and third-party information may change. Important decisions should be checked against the linked primary source.

The site uses data and images supplied by or linked from third parties, including Scryfall, and contains external links. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean that the operator controls or endorses the destination.

Some catalogue records include a clearly disclosed affiliate link to a verified TCGplayer product page. If a visitor buys after using one of those links, MTG FINAL FANTASY Archive may earn a commission at no extra cost to the visitor. A product page identifies the printing or sealed item, but language, finish, condition, stock, price, and seller information must still be checked on TCGplayer before purchase. No marketplace link is shown where an exact product match has not been verified.

Displayed USD prices and project values are partial informational estimates, not appraisals or purchase offers. They include only exact versions with a currently available price and exclude every N/A item. They do not account for condition, grading, seller, shipping, tax, fees, regional availability, or later market changes. Do not rely on them as financial advice or as the sole basis for a sale, purchase, insurance value, or tax decision.

Availability and preservation of data

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Features may be corrected, modified, suspended, or discontinued when reasonably necessary. Uninterrupted availability, permanent preservation of project and collection records, and an unchanged catalogue are not guaranteed. Keep an independent record of information that would be difficult to recreate.

Account deletion

You may delete individual projects or end use by deleting the account through Account settings. Deleting the account removes it, all its projects, and their saved quantities from the live application database as described in the Privacy Notice. An account may be suspended or deleted for serious or repeated violations, security risks, or legal requirements. Where reasonable and lawful, notice will be given before permanent deletion.

Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss resulting from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service, including loss of collection records. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated by publishing a revised version and effective date. If applicable law requires fresh agreement, it will be requested before the change applies to an account. Questions about these terms or privacy can be sent to privacy@mtgfinalfantasy.com.
